Company and Experience
Energiaport Sp. z o.o. was established in 2019. However, it is a specialized continuation of the business activities of DLM Tech Sp. z o.o., which has been operating since 2010. The founders’ experience goes back even further and was initially focused on the metal industry and the manufacturing of support structures for photovoltaic modules.
We typically act as a subcontractor to EPC companies, focusing on the construction and installation phase. EPC contractors are responsible for the broader scope, including permitting, design, procurement, and overall project coordination.
In some cases, at the client’s request, we have supported a wider scope beyond installation. However, our ability to extend our role depends on the specific project and requires case-by-case discussion, as it is strongly influenced by the project location and local conditions.
We focus primarily on utility-scale projects. The majority of our experience is related to fixed-tilt structures.
We have also installed PV systems on flat rooftops, as well as tracker systems and Agri-PV structures.
So far, we have not had the opportunity to be involved in floating PV projects.
Our sister company, Tensaport, specializes in BESS and off-site MV/HV installations. We can offer a wide range of services.

Yes, we have experience working in 15 European countries. Currently, the majority of our projects are delivered in Germany and Poland.

Project Execution and Organization
Yes. Typically, the construction manager is an Energiaport representative. This person is present on-site and oversees the Energiaport team's work. The construction manager collaborates with the designated Project Manager.
